What is Gii?
Gii is a pure, porous, 3D carbon nanostructure that can transform your product with higher sensitivity and higher sustainability properties.
Gii is a pure, porous, 3D carbon nanostructure that can transform your product with higher sensitivity and higher sustainability properties.
The combination of Gii’s novel physical, electrical, electrochemical, thermal and mechanical properties mean it can improve sensing across multiple applications.
Gii is manufactured without additives or binders, using a proven reproducible process.
Gii has natural antifouling. This has benefits to any application where surface fouling will have an impact on performance (i.e. Biosensing).
Gii has a foam-like structure with a significant “active to geometrical” area, ideal for sensing or catalysis applications.
Gii can be customised and manufactured at scale at ambient temperatures, making it more cost effective than other materials, such as gold.
Our low-energy manufacturing process is optimised to reduce waste streams.
We consistently produce Gii in the format you need. Whether that’s “reel to reel” or “reel to sheet”.
Clean and sustainable manufacturing is central to our mission of building a stronger tomorrow, today. We currently offer Gii as a reliable and accurate ‘reel-to-reel’ sensor material. Our low-energy manufacturing reduces waste streams and produces a pure nanomaterial without the use of any chemicals or toxins, leaving the smallest possible carbon footprint. As we do not mine Gii, it is a considerably more environmentally friendly material compared to gold, silver, platinum and many other materials often used in medical, environmental and industrial testing.
